As the organization’s chief executive, spokesperson, and convener, this leader oversees seven full-time staff and a $1.5 million budget, programs and events, while bringing people together, increasing member value, and amplifying the West Valley’s story with energy, credibility, and purpose. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator and skilled consensus-builder with sound business acumen, financial stewardship, and experience in public-private partnerships, business development, advocacy, or related sectors.
