We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to kick-start your career in technical sales. With our comprehensive training program and sophisticated tech stack-including Gong for call coaching and Outreach for outbound sequencing-you'll be equipped to excel and advance within our organization.

This is an on-site role located in Draper, Utah. Candidates must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday during standard business hours. This role involves real-time collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in team meetings, and active engagement in the office environment.

Work Environment Requirements:

  • This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
  • Reliable daily commute to the office is required.

What You Will Do

  • Engage Prospects: Make at least 70 outbound calls daily and respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
  • Leverage Advanced Tools: Utilize Gong and Outreach to enhance your outreach strategies and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with Account Executives to support them in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Set Product Demonstrations: Aim to schedule an average of 1.5 product demos per day with a show rate of at least 66%.
  • Master Our Products: Deepen your understanding of our strategy, vision, mission, values, and product offerings.
  • Optimize Processes: Become proficient with our telephone systems, email platforms, and other sales tools to maximize efficiency.

What You Have

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in sales or client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with Sales Tools: Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • B2B Sales Experience: 2+ years in a quota-driven environment is a bonus but not required.
