The mission of FEDC is to provide leadership and vision to advance economic development in Florida and enhance the professionalism of its diverse membership. Since 1964, the Florida Economic Development Council Inc. (FEDC) has promoted economic development throughout the state of Florida. Today it is the primary resource for economic development professional development, issues education, networking, and professional recognition of Florida’s economic, workforce, and community development community. Over 500 professionals statewide count on FEDC to provide leadership, communications, peer recognition, and professional connections.
