The CEO oversees regional economic development activities, industrial recruitment, product development, brand strategy, grant development, regional coordination, and organizational growth, in alignment with JOED’s Strategic Plan. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and supervises JOED staff, contractors, and consultants.
