RFP Summary

The Ohio Economic Development Association (OEDA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants, preferably with a university partner, to lead the development of its next strategic plan. This plan will shape the association’s mission, goals, and priorities for the next 3–5 years, guiding its programming, partnerships, and member services. The scope includes organizational assessment, stakeholder engagement, and a measurable implementation framework.

Proposals are due by Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
Budget range: $25,000–$50,000.
